TMT Speedy Rail
The TMT Speedy Rail ® beam is a heat-treated aluminum alloy profile with a hollow cross section which gives it high strength under torsion and deflection stresses. It is hard coated (Hrc 60-62) to create a smooth durable non-stick surface with resistance to weld splatter and hot chips.
The composition roller assemblies provide for smooth, quiet transfer of the rail. All rollers contain high performance roller or needle bearings and are available with lifetime
synthetic lubrication. The roller composition is resistant contaminants and are virtually maintenance free.
